Birte Christin Lenffer

Birte Christin Lenffer has extensive experience in the travel and customer service industries, currently working in Media Research at news aktuell since July 2017. Prior to this role, Birte worked for British Airways from March 1999 to June 2017 as a Ticket Sales Agent and Customer Service Agent. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Flight Attendant at LTU GmbH & Co. KG and as a Cultural Representative at Walt Disney World. Birte holds a Diplom-Fachübersetzerin degree in Languages and Technology from Stiftung Universität Hildesheim, completed between 1989 and 1997, and also earned a Certificat Pratique de Langue Française from Université de Perpignan - UPVD Alumni in 1989.
