Hannah Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2009, they worked at KPMG as an Auditor until 2012. Following that, they moved to AB Agri, where they held various finance roles, including Group Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Procurement Finance, from 2013 to 2016. Since 2016, Hannah has been with News UK, initially working in Operations Finance before transitioning to a role as Head of Commercial & Corporate Finance. In this position, they managed a large team and oversaw reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder relationships. Currently, Hannah holds the role of Head of Finance Transformation/Programme Director at News UK, where they lead the implementation of a new core ERP and manages project teams, tenders, negotiations, and contracts.

From 2006 to 2009, they attended the University of Warwick and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting and Finance.
Following their undergraduate studies, from 2009 to 2012, Hannah pursued the ACA Chartered Accountancy Qualification from ACA (ICAEW).
In October 2012, they obtained the ACA qualification from the ICAEW.
In September 2021, Hannah obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Association for Project Management.
