Jim McCullough

Jim McCullough is an accomplished Sr. Manager of UX Research at ServiceNow, leading a team focused on digital transformation and future work initiatives since October 2018. With a diverse background in UX research and product design, Jim has held significant roles including Senior Staff UX Researcher and Adjunct Professor at the New School of Architecture and Design, Innovation Strategist at Brain Corp, and Director of Product & User Experience at Bizness Apps. Previous experiences include Director of User Experience & Design at ecoATM Gazelle and Principal User Experience Designer at HP, where Jim contributed to the development of comprehensive user experience strategies across various products. Jim's academic qualifications feature a Master’s in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego.
