Matt DiTosto

Matthew DiTosto is an Associate at NewSpring where he is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm's dedicated mezzanine strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2021, he is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.

Prior to joining NewSpring, Matt was an Investment Banking Analyst at SSG Capital Advisors where he advised middle-market companies primarily on complex restructurings, M&A and debt financing transactions. He started his career at Murray Devine Valuation Advisors performing complex valuation analyses across a wide range of industries.

Matt received a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and an MS in Finance the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
