Mats Ekholm

Mats Ekholm has worked in a variety of roles since 1996. Mats began their career as a Developer at Ericsson Business Network AB, where they completed a master's thesis project building a system for providing video-on-demand services on analog cable TV networks. Mats then moved to C&K Systems AB as a Developer, where they developed a Windows based software used for programming an alarm system. In 1999, they joined Kamera Holding AB as the R&D Manager/CTO, where they were responsible for building tools and systems to keep the company ahead of the competition. In 2005, they became the CTO of Kamera Content AB, where they worked on developing tools and systems for efficient video production, adaptation and delivery. In 2010, they joined KIT digital, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer - Media Services, where they worked on their own invention from the Kamera days. In 2012, they moved to utd. by content as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they worked on the development of advanced, automated content production- and distribution systems. Finally, in 2019, they joined Recall@K as the CTO.

Mats Ekholm graduated with a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and IT from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 1997, after studying there from 1992.
