Hendrik Hoppe

Hendrik Hoppe currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Customer Experience at NewStore, Inc., a position held since August 2016, following the role of Vice President of Services. Prior to this, Hendrik was the Vice President of Worldwide Client Services at Demandware from September 2008 to July 2016. Additional experience includes serving as the Business Unit Director for the eCommerce Excellence Team at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH from 2004 to August 2008. Early career positions include Director of Technical Consulting, Key Account Project Manager, and Support Engineer at Intershop Communications from 1997 to 2004.
