Michael Kremen

Michael Kremen has a strong background in the financial sector, particularly in M&A and private capital raising. Michael began their career in 2003 as an Associate/Analyst at Signal Hill Capital Group LLC, where they worked until 2008. Kremen then joined Signal Hill Capital Group LLC again in 2010, this time in a Director/VP/Associate role, and stayed with the company until 2018. From 2018 to 2023, they worked as a Director in the Tech-Enabled Business Services & Education division at DC Advisory. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Corporate Development at New Story, a provider of special and alternative education and therapeutic services.

Michael Kremen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Wharton School, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. Michael later pursued further education at Columbia Business School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Finance, Real Estate, and Private Equity. Michael was enrolled at Columbia Business School from 2008 to 2010.
