Olena Maleckyj Rph, Shrm

Olena Maleckyj, RPh, SHRM has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Olena is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at New Story, where they oversee all HR functions for 63 schools and clinics across six states. Previously, they were the Head of Human Resources at Total Wine & More, where they led HR strategy and functions for the company's expansion from 181 stores to 230 stores. Prior to that, Olena held various HR leadership positions at CVS Health, where they managed labor relations, compliance, and policy strategies for a large organization. Olena also has experience in pharmacy operations and organizational development with companies like Albertsons and Jewel-Osco. Overall, Olena's work experience spans diverse industries and showcases their expertise in HR strategy and team leadership.

Olena Maleckyj, RPh, SHRM has an undergraduate degree in pre-pharmacy from the University of Illinois Chicago. Olena further pursued their education at UIC College of Pharmacy where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. Additionally, Olena Maleckyj has obtained several certifications including Senn Delaney Culture Facilitator from Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company in September 2009, Executive Leadership Program from Wharton Executive Education in 2009, Six Sigma Black Belt from Six Sigma Academy in September 2004, and Registered Pharmacist from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in 1985.
