William McKay

William McKay is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Newstreet Properties LLC since September 2016, William oversees project estimating, procurement, scheduling, and contract administration. Prior to this role, William worked as an Engineer at Kiewit from December 2012 to September 2016, where responsibilities included submittal administration and change management. William's earlier career includes positions as an Operating Engineer at Mutual of Omaha, managing a steam and chilled water utility plant, and as a Plant Operator at The Nebraska Medical Center, overseeing heating and air conditioning systems. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
