Dr. Achim Wohnhaas

Dr. Achim Wohnhaas serves as the Geschäftsführer and CEO of NewTec GmbH since May 2020, following a role as Geschäftsführer Consultant at In Transition from August 2019 to May 2020. Previously, Dr. Wohnhaas held the position of Division Manager and Verwaltungsrat at Akka Technologies from July 2018 to 2019 and was CEO of Gigatronik Technologies AG from December 2010 to 2019. Dr. Wohnhaas also served as Vice President for the Americas region at T-Systems between September 1998 and July 2010. An accomplished academic, Dr. Wohnhaas obtained a Dr.-Ing degree in Maschinenbau from Universität Stuttgart and Michigan Technological University, demonstrating expertise in engineering mechanics and mechatronics.
