Rick Gonzalez is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in drafting and design management across various sectors, including energy, mechanical engineering, and graphic design. Currently serving as Sr. Designer R&D at NewTech Services, since October 2018, Rick oversees directional drilling remote monitoring and control systems. Previous roles include drafting lead at JR2 Energy Services, where coordination and standardization of drafting resources were key responsibilities, and a lengthy tenure at FMC Technologies, where Rick advanced through multiple design management positions, enhancing project delivery and technical training for new designers.
