Michael Grady

Michael Grady is an experienced professional in equity research and corporate strategy, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Strategist at Newton Investment Management Group since September 2021. In this role, Michael focuses on driving growth within the Active Equity and Multi-Asset divisions through initiatives in product innovation, competitive positioning, investment process optimization, and sustainability. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Senior Business Strategist at Mellon from December 2019 to September 2021, leading project management efforts for merger execution following BNYIM’s restructuring initiative. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Typhoon Consulting, along with internships in corporate and digital strategy at Paychex and Townsquare Media. Michael holds a degree from the University of Rochester and has a solid foundation in strategy consulting and investment management.
