Will Cazalet Caia

Will Cazalet, CAIA, currently serves as a Global Investment Strategist at Newton Investment Management Group, focusing on multi-asset solutions across global equities, fixed income, currencies, and commodities since February 2022. Previously, Cazalet held the position of Head of Multi-Factor Equity and Fixed Income at Mellon, where leadership extended to a team of eight portfolio managers across multiple locations. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Active Equity and Smart Beta at Mellon Capital, responsible for managing $12 billion in assets, and working as Managing Director at Commonfund, assisting endowments and foundations. Cazalet's career also features a significant role at AXA Investment Managers, where management of a team overseeing $6 billion in long/short and 130/30 investments occurred. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge, supplemented by an Associate degree in Chartered Management Accounting from CIMA.
