Nick Bunick

Nick brings a deep financial background to NewView Capital, having worked on transformative transactions during his time as an investment banker. Prior to joining NewView Capital, he worked with software and consumer internet companies on mergers and acquisitions at Qatalyst Partners. His transaction experience includes Hortonworks’ $5.2bn merger with Cloudera, Sony Interactive Entertainment’s acquisition of Insomniac Games, Commvault’s acquisition of Hedvig, and Broadcom’s $117bn bid for Qualcomm.

Nick graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Diego, where he received a BBA in Finance with a minor in Accountancy.
