Ademir Ayuque Quispilaya

Ademir Ayuque Quispilaya is a Senior Environmental Engineer at Nexa Resources since April 2019, leading a response team for regulatory oversight agencies and managing compliance with findings and corrective measures. Previously, Ademir served as the Mine Closure Supervisor at Compañia Minera Poderosa S.A. from December 2015 to March 2019, overseeing mine closure and rehabilitation projects. Prior to that role, Ademir was a Semi-Senior Area Chief at Asesores y Consultores Mineros S.A. – ACOMISA, responsible for reviewing and supervising the development of Mine Closure Plans. Ademir began their career as a Junior Environmental Assistant, focusing on various chapters of Mine Closure Plans. Ademir holds a Master's degree in Mining and Minerals Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal.
