Ethan serves as VP within the Channel Development team, focusing on acquisition of developed projects from solar developer partners outside Nexamp, which Nexamp will build, own, and operate. He leads a team focusing on the acquisition due diligence process, leveraging internal and external subject matter expertise, to ensure projects Nexamp acquires are sound and ready for a successful final design, construction, and operations life cycle. Before joining the Channel Development team in 2019, Ethan served as a Nexamp project developer, where he led projects in New England through the development cycle, from origination through engineering, permitting, financing, and construction readiness. He provided internal civil/environmental engineering expertise.
Prior to joining Nexamp in 2017, Ethan was a Senior Project Manager with the global environmental consulting firm Environmental Resource Management (ERM), where he gained progressive experience as a client-focused project manager and engineer. He provided numerous Fortune 500 clients in various industries with project management and trusted technical expertise on complex environmental projects. He also led teams of diverse professionals and contractors in situations requiring responsiveness to multiple stakeholders. Ethan has deep technical knowledge in contaminated site investigation, remediation, and associated regulation and permitting processes.
Ethan holds an M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering and a B.S. in Environmental Sciences – Soil & Watershed Management from the University of New Hampshire. He also is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Rhode Island.
