Will Thompson

Nexamp co-founder, Will Thompson, leads Nexamp’s full spectrum asset management team. He brings more than two decades of construction and clean energy know-how, with 14 years focused exclusively in renewable infrastructure implementation, performance optimization and lifecycle management.

Will's experience includes the feasibility assessment, design and construction of hundreds of photovoltaic, solar thermal and micro-wind systems. He is a NABCEP Certified PV Installation Professional, FAA Certified Remote Pilot, and holds various licenses and registrations in MA, RI and NY.

Will earned a B.S. in environmental engineering from Tufts University and an M.S. in homeland security from Endicott College. Will is a U.S. Army Iraq War veteran who continues to serve in the Coast Guard Reserve.
