Hichem Kharroubi

Hichem Kharroubi has a diverse work history that spans various industries. Hichem started their career as an Engineer Intern at COLMAR S.A in 2012, followed by an Engineer Internship at Lear Corporation in 2013. In 2014, they completed their Final Studies Internship at Alpha Engineering International. Starting in 2014, Hichem joined Ernez Establishment, where they held the roles of Process Engineer and later became the Head of Maintenance and Methods, focusing on structural glass processing and manufacturing. In 2017, they joined Nexans autoelectric Group as an Industrial Project Leader and currently holds the position of Head of Industrial Engineering.

Hichem KHARROUBI began their education in 2009 at the Preparatory Institute for Engineering Studies - El-Manar (IPEIEM) where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. Hichem completed this program in 2011. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2014, Hichem attended the National Engineering School of Monastir where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
