Ashley Palladino

Ashley brings more than 13 years of experience managing energy efficiency programs and solutions, with an emphasis on residential program delivery. Ashley has developed and overseen innovative program designs for numerous utilities, working closely with partner networks and service providers to support goal attainment and increase diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry and impact communities. From her involvement in the Illinois Stakeholder Advisory Group, which focused on the landmark 2016 Future Energy Jobs Act implementation, she brings an understanding of the long-term strategy and potential for market and portfolio enhancements that support achieving FEJA’s goals in Illinois, while extending these solutions to new markets and regions. Ashley leads Resource Innovations' residential delivery and is responsible for exceptional client service and deploying creative program solutions.
