Kemal Davaslioglu

Kemal Davaslioglu is a Principal Scientist at Nexcepta, Inc. since February 2023 and a Lecturer teaching MSML603 Principles of Machine Learning at the University of Maryland since August 2022. Previously, Kemal held positions as a Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist at Intelligent Automation, Inc. from March 2017 to December 2021, and served as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of South Florida from January 2016 to January 2017. Earlier experience includes internships at Broadcom and Aselsan, as well as research and teaching assistance roles at UC Irvine and Bogazici University. Kemal completed a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Irvine, along with a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Boğaziçi University and Bilkent University, respectively.
