Utku Demir

Utku Demir, PhD, is a Research Scientist at Nexcepta, Inc. since March 2024, focusing on AI/ML applications in wireless communications. Prior experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Northeastern University from July 2021 to February 2024, where research centered on machine learning applications in wireless communications and 5G Open RAN. Additionally, Demir held various roles at the University of Rochester from August 2015 to June 2021, including Postdoctoral Research Associate and Graduate Research Assistant, working on WiFi networks and machine learning techniques.
