Gregory Girard has over 13 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Gregory started their career at Unidine Corporation in 2007 as a District Manager and later became the Director of Operations Support in 2010. In 2013, Girard joined RiverWoods at Exeter as the Director of Dining Services. Gregory then moved on to NexDine in 2016, where they held the positions of District Manager and Vice President of Transformation.

Gregory Girard attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts from 1996 to 1997, focusing on Wood and Stone Carving Concepts. Additionally, they obtained a certification in ServeSafe from Servesafe.
