Justin Lim

Justin Lim is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Partner at NEXEA Ventures since February 2023, where efforts focus on launching Malaysia's most intriguing early-stage fund. Lim also holds the position of Principal at NEXEA, contributing to the mission of building a brighter future through startup development since April 2022. Prior to these roles, Lim spent over 14 years at CIMB, ultimately rising to Associate Director in Credit, where responsibilities included managing a USD-denominated bond trading book and leading IT initiatives. Notably, Lim was recognized as the Most Astute Investor for Asian G3 Bonds (Malaysia) by The Asset in 2016, 2017, and 2018. Lim began their career as a Management Trainee at CIMB after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol.
