Mireia Callau

Mireia Callau started their work experience in 1999 as a Responsable de RRHH at Manufactura Moderna de Metales SA. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Responsable de Desarrollo at INFUN, S.A. In 2006, they joined Sony Electronics and held various roles including Responsable RRHH Centro Logístico from 2006 to 2010, Responsable Relaciones Laborales y Administración from 2008 to 2013, and Directora de RRHH de Iberia from 2013 to 2021. Currently, Mireia is working at Nexeo Plastics as the HR Director EMEA/ASIA.

Mireia Callau completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Barcelona, between 1988 and 1992. After that, they pursued further education by attending Esade in 2010, where they obtained an advanced degree in HR Management, specializing in HR.
