Teddy Castro

Teddy Castro has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry, currently serving as the Designated Broker at neXGen Real Estate since April 2018, where leadership is provided to a team of agents. As a Certified NAHREP 10 National Trainer for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals since September 2019, Teddy trains various stakeholders on success principles. Leadership roles at NAHREP Greater Phoenix include President, Vice President, and Executive Board Secretary, focusing on sustainable home ownership and wealth building in the community. Previously, Teddy owned Home Execs Realty, managed High Profile Realty's branch, and held various underwriting and lending positions at Wells Fargo. Education was pursued at Phoenix College.
