Ardhra Susan has over four years of work experience in digital marketing and business development. Ardhra started their career in 2016 as a Marketing Intern at Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd. in India, where they conducted a study on B2B Marketing of WiFi Internet Services in Kochi. In 2017, they joined Nexgen, Inc. as a Digital Marketing Lead. During their time at Nexgen, they held various roles, including Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Senior Business Development Associate, and Business Development Associate. In their role as Business Development Associate, they were responsible for generating leads, connecting with leads, helping companies thrive and progress by offering them efficient planogram tools, maintaining good relationships with existing customers, developing overall marketing strategies, and helping companies with space planning to increase their sales.

Ardhra Susan has a Master's Degree in Marketing and Finance from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Ardhra also has a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Bharata mata college, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015.
