Iva Penezic

Iva Penezic serves as the HR Director for Croatia and Slovenia within the CSEE Region at Nexi Croatia since November 2022, focusing on leadership advisory, organizational transformation, and diversity initiatives. Prior experience includes HR Director roles at Nets Group and Mercury Processing Services International, along with significant positions at Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. and Zagrebačka pivovara d.d. Iva holds a Certified DEI Specialist designation from the Academy To Innovative HR and advanced degrees in International Business and Business and Human Resources Management from Arnhem Business School and Vesalius College, respectively.
