Bettina Enggaard

Bettina Enggaard currently serves as the Head of Nordic Onboarding & AML at Nexi Group, leading a team of 50-60 managers and specialists since January 2022. Bettina specializes in Nordic leadership, change management, process optimization, and team motivation. Prior to this role, Bettina worked as a Mentor for veterans in the Velkommen Hjem program from June 2017 to April 2024, and held multiple managerial positions at Nets Group from May 2016 to December 2021, focusing on onboarding, AML services, and people management. Bettina also held IT management roles at Egmont and Nordisk Film, emphasizing change management and IT service implementation, and started a career as an IT Coordinator/Project Manager at Syntax.
