Cristina Zanetti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Cristina is currently working at Nexi Group as the Head of Solutions & Coordination in the Customer Value Management department. Prior to this, Cristina worked at Deloitte Digital in various positions, including Director and Senior Manager. In these roles, they led projects in support of the company's engagement and loyalty programs, designed new business models for a car dealer, and provided strategic and operational support to loyalty and engagement programs in the financial services industry. Cristina also worked at EY as a Senior Consultant and at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant. Their early career included roles as Sales and Marketing Specialist at SAATI, Marketing Manager Assistant at Borsa Italiana, and Marketing Manager Assistant at Cassa Centrale Banca SpA.

Cristina Zanetti has a diverse education history. Cristina first attended Università Bocconi from 2001 to 2004 and obtained a degree in "Laurea in economia per l'arte, la cultura e la comunicazione" with a field of study in management. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a degree in Marketing Management from the same institution. Additionally, Cristina has obtained certifications in Adobe Certified Expert (ACE): Insight Analyst from Adobe in May 2012 and Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance in April 2014.
