Lena Andersson

Lena Andersson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lena started their career as a Security Technology Specialist at Oy Esmi AB - Schneider Electric Finland, where they were later promoted to a sales-oriented role in After-Sales Services. Lena then worked as a Scuba Diving Instructor/Assistant Manager in Thailand before joining ServiceSource as a Senior Sales Representative, responsible for channel sales in the technology sector. Lena was later hired by ConvaTec as a Team Leader for the Nordic Customer Service team in the medical device industry. Lena also served as a Customer Service Manager at Reflex & Allen, overseeing a team providing customer services to resellers and manufacturers in the automotive parts manufacturing industry. Next, they joined Alcon Nordic A/S as a Customer Service Supervisor for Sweden and Finland in the medical device industry. Lena then returned to their previous employer, NETS, as a Customer Service Specialist before taking on the role of Senior Specialist, Settlements & Maintenance, Merchant Services, Large Key Accounts.
