Matthew Rowsell

Matt Rowsell currently serves as the Chief Product Officer for Nexi Merchant Services since December 2022 and is a member of the Group Executive Committee. Additionally, since February 2022, Matt holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Nexi Digital and has been a Director at Poplapay since November 2020. Previous experience includes roles such as Chief Product and Development Officer Merchant Services at Nets Group, Group EVP of Transformation at Paysafe Group, and UK Chief Technology Officer at Worldpay. Before joining Worldpay, Matt served in various leadership roles at RBS Commercial Banking and KPMG Consulting, focusing on strategy and change management. Matt began a career in banking at Barclays after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of York.
