Paolo Villa

Paolo Villa has a diverse work experience, spanning across various roles and industries. Paolo currently holds the position of Global Head of Real Estate & Facility Management at Nexi Group, a role they assumed in January 2023. Prior to this, Paolo served as the Head of Real Estate, Facility Management, and General Services at Nexi from January 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Nexi, Paolo worked at Unispace, where they held several positions. Paolo first served as a Technical Project Manager from January 2017 to May 2019. Paolo then became a Principal, Technical Delivery from May 2019 to December 2020, and eventually transitioned to the role of Principal, Technical Delivery - Southern Europe from January 2021 to January 2022.

Paolo's earlier experience includes working as a Construction Manager at ISG plc from January 2015 to January 2017. Prior to this, they worked as an Architect at CLS architetti from September 2013 to January 2015 and as a Freelance Architect at Studio d'architettura Fabio Baldessari from April 2009 to August 2013.

Paolo Villa attended Politecnico di Milano from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a specialization in architectural design. Additionally, in February 2012, they obtained a certification called CENED+ from Regione Lombardia.
