Earlier in their career, Susan worked at dunnhumby Ltd as an R&D Programme Director and Agile Transformation Lead, at Vodafone as the Head of Programme Management for Consumer Products & Content, and at Lucent Technologies as a Programme Manager.

Susan Scott attended the University of South Florida from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing.
