Susan Scott

Susan Scott has a rich work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Their most recent role was as the VP of Product Operations at Nexi Group, a position they held since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Nets Group as the Head of Product Operations, where they also served as an Agile Enterprise Coach and Transformation Director.

Susan has significant experience in leading business agility transformations, as they did at Barclays, where they were the Enterprise Agile Coach and Transformation Lead. Susan played a key role in implementing lean system processes and reducing waste in the system.

Before Barclays, Susan worked at PayPal, where they were the Director of EMEA PMO, Agile Transformation. Susan drove the implementation of Lean Portfolio Management and the SAFe approach in the EMEA region.

Susan has also held roles at Gamesys as a Product and Agile Transformation leader, at Betfair as a Director of Agile and Lean Portfolio Management, and at LiMo Foundation as a Program Director.

Earlier in their career, Susan worked at dunnhumby Ltd as an R&D Programme Director and Agile Transformation Lead, at Vodafone as the Head of Programme Management for Consumer Products & Content, and at Lucent Technologies as a Programme Manager.

Overall, Susan Scott has a diverse background in agile transformation, portfolio management, and program leadership. Their expertise and experience make their a valuable asset in driving organizational change and delivering strategic initiatives.

Susan Scott attended the University of South Florida from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Enterprise Agile Coach from ICAgile in September 2018, Product Owner from Jeff Patton in July 2018, Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2021, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2020, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2020.
