Maka Kukava

Maka Kukava serves as the Deputy Head of the Governor's office at the National Bank of Georgia since October 2023, while simultaneously holding the position of Head of HR and Organizational Development at NEXIA TA Georgia since March 2018. With a robust background in public administration reform and vocational education, Maka has contributed as a Senior Non Key Expert for Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung e.V. and a Project Expert for HRPA Georgia, focusing on HR systems and institutional development. Previous roles include Project Manager for the USAID Economic Security program, Project Lead for youth public policy engagement, and a lecturer at Grigol Robakidze University. Maka's earlier experience includes training management at Georgian Water & Power LTD and expertise development in vocational education in collaboration with IHK Academy Munich.
