Junho Kim

Junho Kim has extensive work experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. Junho started their career at Kia Motors Corporation in 1990 and worked as a Production Manufacturing Engineer Manager for nearly 18 years. In this role, they managed the production process and oversaw manufacturing engineering activities.

In 2008, Junho joined Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, Inc. as a Product Team Manager. Junho was responsible for managing key performance indicators and coordinating productivity and quality improvement initiatives. Junho also played a crucial role in body development projects for new model launches.

After working at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, Inc., Junho joined Sewon America, Inc. in 2015 as a Plant Manager. In this position, they managed and directed staff to achieve business goals, assisted in project management, and identified continuous improvement opportunities through productivity analysis.

In 2018, Junho joined Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. as an Equipment Engineer. Junho handled equipment-related responsibilities until 2019.

Currently, Junho is working as a Production Manager at Nexien Inc. where they oversee production operations and ensures efficient workflow.
