Jackie Friedman has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Jackie is currently serving as the Chair of the American Society of Travel Advisors. Prior to this, they held the position of President at both the Family Bonds Foundation and Nexion LLC. Before that, Jackie worked at Sabre Holdings where they held the roles of Director - Sales Center of Excellence and Regional Sales Manager. During their time at Sabre Holdings, they led teams, developed strategic business models, implemented sales tactics, and drove positive change within the organization.

Jackie Friedman CTC, CTIE completed a Bachelor of Music in Music Composition from Western University between 1978 and 1982.
