Andrew O’keefe

Andrew O'Keefe is an accomplished finance and business operations professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Operations and Finance at Nexleaf Analytics since July 2023, and as the Chief Financial Officer of OPqR Inc. since May 2023. With a robust background in financial management, Andrew held the position of Finance Manager at the Oregon Department of Transportation from 2014 to 2023, overseeing a $232 million annual budget for a large public agency. Andrew’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident through ownership of O'Keefe Family Farm since 2013 and previously founding Happy Tortoise Farm. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business Analytics and Applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Villanova School of Business, alongside a BBA in Finance from the University of Portland.
