Armando Aguilar

Armando Aguilar, MSHRM has extensive experience in human resources management. Armando started their career in 1999 as a Senior Payroll/Personnel Supervisor at City and County of SF, Human Resources, where they supervised a team responsible for onboarding, payroll, and leave administration. In 2005, they became an HR Personnel Analyst/Generalist at the City and County of San Francisco, Airport Commission Office. Armando then worked as a Benefits Administrator for SEIU 521 - IHSS, where they researched and qualified clients for government benefits. Armando joined San Mateo Medical Center in 2014 as a Payroll/Personnel Services Supervisor - Contract, overseeing payroll processing for a large number of employees. Armando later worked as a Human Resources Director at Naprotek, Nexlogic Technologies, and SemiGen, Inc. Armando's diverse experience spans payroll, personnel services, benefits administration, and HR management at various organizations.

Armando Aguilar, MSHRM earned their Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Golden Gate University, Edward S. Ageno School of Business in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix - San Francisco Campus in 2002.
