Ryan Griffis

Ryan Griffis has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Ryan started their career in 2002 as a Development Specialist at ERC Properties, where they were responsible for tax credit applications, rezoning, and lease management. In 2006, Griffis joined Place Properties as a Development Manager, overseeing the development of over $200 million of off-campus student housing projects. During this time, they secured neighborhood support and implemented sustainable design practices. In 2009, Ryan became the President of RDG Consulting, LLC, before moving on to Waukesha Pearce Industries, Inc in 2011, where they worked in business development. From 2013 to 2017, Griffis served as the Vice President of Development at Fountain Residential Partners. Most recently, they have been working as the Managing Director at NexMetro Communities since December 2017.

Ryan Griffis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from John Brown University. Additionally, they have also attended the Real Estate Association of Arkansas and the Urban Land Institute, although no specific degrees or fields of study are mentioned.
