Salomão Braga

Salomão Braga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business development. Currently serving as Senior HR Projects Lead at Nexo since March 2021, Salomão leads initiatives focused on culture, recruitment, change management, employee value proposition, and diversity and inclusion, while also facilitating workshops and conducting cultural diagnostics. Previously held positions include Head of Business Development and HR Projects Lead at Nexo, and Specialist in Commercial Planning at 99, where Salomão contributed to strategic objectives and team metrics.
