Konstantinos Georgiou

Konstantinos Georgiou is an experienced commodity broker and business developer at Nexo Shipbroking, with a career spanning over 15 years in the shipping and trading sectors. Since August 2015, Konstantinos has successfully developed and manages the commodity broking desk, focusing on international trading of biofuels, FOSFA commodities, oleo chemicals, and various food items. Prior roles include chartering liquid bulk cargoes at Nitram Holdings and Tune Product Tankers, where Konstantinos was instrumental in business development, account management, and handling exclusive contracts. Earlier experience includes a role as a tanker chartering broker at Eastport Maritime and an internship in supply chain management. Konstantinos holds a Master’s degree in Maritime Economics and Logistics from Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia.
