Matteo Merialdo

Matteo Merialdo holds extensive experience in cybersecurity and engineering, currently serving as Director of Cyber Security Engineering & Products at both Starion and Nexova since May 2014, overseeing financial, strategic, and operational aspects of the Cyber Business Division with a team of 65 resources. Prior to this, Matteo worked in various roles within RHEA Group, including Deputy Business Unit Manager and R&D Manager, leading significant cybersecurity projects for clients such as the European Space Agency and NATO. Additionally, Matteo has been engaged as an independent expert for the European Commission on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity projects and has a solid background in software engineering and architecture from earlier positions at IFM Infomaster. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in Management & IT Governance and Advanced Software Engineering from distinguished institutions.
