Matthew Cruz

Matthew Cruz has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Matthew began their career as a Human Resources Officer at User Experience Society in August 2019 and held this position until March 2020. Matthew then worked as a UX/UI Design Intern at SCALE Solutions from August to September 2020. Matthew also served as the Nibble Series Project Head at BYTE: Building Young Tech Entrepreneurs from September to December 2020. In 2020, Matthew became a Human Resources Associate Vice President at User Experience Society, where they worked until June 2021. In 2023, they joined QBO Innovation Hub as a Program Associate in June, followed by work as a Program Associate at IdeaSpace Philippines starting in June. Matthew also worked as a Business Development in E-Sports at NEXPLAY™ from May 2023.

Matthew Cruz attended Ateneo de Manila University from 2014 to 2018, where they focused on STEM studies. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Entrepreneurship with Honors at the same university from 2018 to 2023.
