Dr. Ramachandran G N

Dr. Ramachandran G N has held several roles throughout their career. Dr. Ramachandran started in 1990 as a Programmer at Indian Express and worked there until 1998. In 1998, they joined FANUC India Pvt Ltd as a Systems Engineer, where they led a team and managed the implementation of a new in-house ERP system. Dr. Ramachandran then progressed to roles such as Senior Systems Engineer, Manager, Assistant General Manager, and ultimately Deputy General Manager, where they were responsible for conceiving and implementing large-scale IT operations. Dr. Ramachandran joined Nexshore Technologies in 2016 as CTO and took on the position of Director at both Tabono Fintech Private Limited and The Learner Train in 2019.

Dr. Ramachandran G N has a diverse education history, ranging from Bachelor's to Doctoral degrees in various fields. Dr. Ramachandran began their educational journey at the University of Madras, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics from 1987 to 1990.

Following this, Dr. Ramachandran pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology and Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology in 1995 and 1996. Dr. Ramachandran then completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems and Applications from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, from 2002 to 2006.

In 2011, Dr. Ramachandran pursued two different degrees. First, they studied General Management in the Indian Institute of Management, Indore for a brief period. Dr. Ramachandran also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Information Technology from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU between 2011 and 2013.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Dr. Ramachandran enrolled at Alliance University in 2015, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Systems and Operations Management in 2019.

In addition to their formal degrees, Dr. Ramachandran has obtained several certifications. These include Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2014, ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN in August 2013, and Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance.
