Pramod Rao

Pramod Rao is the current President & CEO at Nexshore. Pramod has also worked as a Director at Geometric Ltd., Sr. Product Manager at Autodesk, and Product Manager at Altair Engineering.

Rao has been in the tech industry for over 25 years. Pramod started their career as a Product Manager at Altair Engineering in 1992. In 1997, they moved to Autodesk where they became Sr. Product Manager for MCAD and Internet ventures. In 2001, they joined Geometric Ltd. as Director of the Product Business Unit.

Rao has extensive experience in product management and development. Under their leadership, the Product Business Unit at Geometric Ltd. grew significantly. In 2006, they left Geometric Ltd. to join Nexshore as President & CEO. Under Rao’s leadership, Nexshore has become a leading provider of software solutions.

Pramod Rao attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur for their Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering. Pramod then went on to study at Utah State University for their MS in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering.
