Gionni Deloatch

Gionni DeLoatch is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in media consulting, real estate, and community outreach. Currently serving as a Senior Media Consultant at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. since September 2024, Gionni also co-founded Talent Plus Timing Sports Management Company in July 2020. Additionally, Gionni has been a Commercial & Residential Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since May 2016. Previous roles include community-focused positions with the Washington Football Team, where Gionni co-chaired initiatives such as the Women's Initiative Network and the Black Engagement Network, and served as a Group Sales Account Executive at AT&T. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Capital One and various roles at CBRE, including Property Manager. Gionni holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Economics from the University of the District of Columbia, earned between 2010 and 2014.
