As the Managing Director at NEX T Engineering since April 2018, Joana leads organizational initiatives. Previously, Joana held key positions at PRIME IT CONSULTING, including Business Unit Manager and Senior Business Manager, specializing in integrated Nearshore services and IT project development. Joana's earlier career includes roles as an Analyst in Healthcare & Lifesciences at Michael Page and as a Junior Consultant at Logistel, where significant contributions were made to international projects in Angola. Joana's foundational experience also includes training consultation and human resources, complemented by a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychological Sciences from the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada.
