Rohini Sarkar

Rohini Sarkar has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to user research and insights. In 2011, they started their career as a Client Executive at dunnhumby, where they gained experience in executing consumer insights and communication recommendations. Rohini then progressed to the role of Client Manager, where they were responsible for developing customer-focused strategies and fostering client relationships. As a Client Director, Rohini continued to expand their expertise in FMCG supplier relationships and led the company's charity committee.

In 2015, Rohini joined UKTV as a Digital Research and Insight Manager, and later became the Senior Digital Research & Insight Manager. At UKTV, they focused on digital research and insight management.

In 2017, Rohini moved to The Football Association, where they first served as a Senior Insight Manager, leading various research projects. Later, they took on the role of a Behavioural Insight Lead, focusing on applying behavioral insights to enhance the organization's strategies.

In 2019, Rohini became the Head of User Research and Business Intelligence at Fantastec, where they managed user research activities and contributed to business intelligence.

In 2020, they joined King as a Senior Researcher, Portfolio Games, where they conducted research for the company's game portfolio. Rohini later took on the role of Player Research & Insight Lead, New Games, overseeing research and insights for new games.

Most recently, in 2023, Rohini started working at Next Games, A Netflix Game Studio as the Lead UX Researcher.

Rohini Sarkar completed their Master's degree in Digital Media from London Metropolitan University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended UCL from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in History. Earlier in their education, they attended St Francis College in Herfordshire from 2001 to 2011, although the specific degree or field of study is not specified. In addition to their formal education, Rohini Sarkar earned a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute in February 2021.
