Melissa White

Director, Strategic Operations at Next Glass

Melissa White has a long and varied work experience. Melissa began their career in 2005 as Program Manager & Grants Writer at Habitat for Humanity of Broward. In 2006, they moved to Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation as Development Associate, Special Events. In 2010, they became Project Manager at Tricycle Gardens and in 2011 they were Development Associate, Special Events at JDRF - Central Virginia Chapter. In 2012, they transitioned to Special Events & Membership Manager at The Florida Theatre. In 2014, they were appointed Executive Director at Florida Brewers Guild. In 2016, they returned to Intuition Ale Works as Event Manager and their role description included being the main point of contact for private event rentals and customer loyalty program, managing recruitment, onboarding, benefit activation, interactive member events and KPI reporting for northeast Florida's fastest-growing, independently owned craft brewery. In 2021, they returned to Intuition Ale Works as Event Manager and in 2022 they joined Next Glass as Strategic Account Manager.

Melissa White holds a Master degree in Nonprofit Management from Florida Atlantic University, a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks & Tourism from University of Florida, and a Certificate in Marketing Management from Florida Atlantic University. Melissa also has additional certifications including Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage (obtained November 2020), Certified Sommelier from Wine School of Philadelphia (obtained March 2020), Certified Beer Server from Cicerone® Certification Program (obtained April 2014), and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance (obtained March 2022).
