Konstantinos Giannakis

Konstantinos Giannakis is a seasoned product design leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Head of Product Design & Research at Next Insurance since September 2023. Prior roles include Senior Product Design Manager at Meta, where leadership of over 10 team members contributed to significant revenue growth for commerce initiatives, and Head of Product Design at Gusto, noted for effectively scaling the design team. Konstantinos previously held positions such as Head of Product Design & Mobile Product Lead at Bill.com, Vice President of User Experience Design at Phigital, and Director of User Experience Design at Velti, with a strong emphasis on user-centric design and team development throughout a career spanning over two decades. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from Middlesex University and an MSc in Cognitive Science & Intelligent Computing from the University of Westminster.
